Return, refunds, and exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return them to us within 14-days of receipt. Items must be in original condition which means they should be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging. Any item that is non-exchangeable and non-refundable will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Yes! Exchanges only apply for items of similar price and above.
- For UAE orders, AED40 will be charged for orders below AED1000, sale items, or items purchased during a promotion.
- International orders are responsible for return shipping charges and any custom charges that may apply.
- Please note we only accept one exchange per item.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Step 1 – Send us an email
Contact us with your order number and the details of why you'd like to return the item.
Step 2 – We will review your request
We will review your request and send you an approval email. If there is any valid reason why we are unable to take your return we will let you know.
Step 3 – Ship your item (skip for Dubai orders)
For international orders, if the return is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines on how to securely send us your item back to us.
**Please note, it is advisable that shipping to our location in Dubai should be done via trackable courier services, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex. Using your local postal service may result in severe delays and the shipment being returned to sender.**
Step 4 – Get your refund
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once inspected, you will then receive another email once the refund is processed.
A refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days to be reflected in your statement/account.
What happens if the returned items are inspected and are used or damaged?
We are unable to accept the return of used or damaged items.
