Contact us to order your personalized jewelry or to pre-order out of stock items. The process is 100% up-front payment for order confirmation after which the design process will start for 2 days for personalzied jewelry. After design approvals production starts and takes approximately 2 weeks to be shipped.

We ship globally. For customers in the GCC our deliveries are 1-2 days. For international we offer express delivery: 2-3 days subject to custom clearance via DHL Express.
We offer a free returns in Dubai for orders above 1000aed, which allows you to return delivered items (excluding sale items) up to 14 days from the date you've received your order. All other orders will have to be returned by the customer. For more details read our return & exchanges policy.
We offer a 14-day exchange period for all of our customers. For an item to be accepted for exchange it must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage, in original condition with tags (if applicable) and in all original packaging, including box and pouch. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Debit Cards. We do not accept cash payments. You may only use 1 payment method per order.
